All our orders are processed and set out for delivery within 24-48 hours. We provide delivery of your product in 14 days

Tracking your order:

After you place the order, you would be provided tracking information via email within 48 hours

Customs & Duties:

Any shipping charges listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes.

The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing, and other fees required to ship internationally.

Damage and Safety:

We ship our products under critical packaging, so you can rest assured about your package arriving at your doorstep safely and without any damage.

Lost / Stolen package:

In case, the order does not reach the desired destination. We request the customer to contact and collect it from the nearest Post office/courier company before receiving a reshipment\refund.

In case of Lost/Stolen package by the courier company. The customer would be notified about the same and is eligible for a refund or replacement of the order.

Please note, you are not eligible for a refund if you do not receive the order due to the provision of an incorrect address or contact information by you.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation or return of the purchased product, your refund amount would be processed back to the original mode of payment used for purchase and will be processed within 10-12 working days.
