Yearly Maintenance

We are focused towards keeping our customers at ease by offering them a yearly maintenance for their jewellery which includes complimentary cleaning and inspection once a year. However, our maintenance service will be no longer valid if any third party jeweler has done any work on the jewellery.

Exchange & Buyback Policy

Return of Product

Our jewellery is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.

The product can be returned or exchanged along with the solitaire certificate at current prevailing value, with deduction towards making charges & taxes.

  • In case of product shipped to us for exchange or buyback, Laxmi Gold Jewellery will charge a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost whichever is lower
  • Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification
  • We will not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweler, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified
  • Laxmi Gold Jewellery reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection
  • To ensure your complete satisfaction, please review all customization options carefully before placing your order. Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy

  • Exchange or upgrade your jewellery anytime in the future
  • Get full credit of the selling price of the goods exchanged except for labour charges
  • Incase of any discount given at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount (Maximum value of INR 300000)
  • In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value
  • Labour charges & taxes would be deducted from the exchange value offered

Buyback Policy

  • Sell your jewellery back to us
  • Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate
  • Laxmi Gold Jewellery offers 80% value of diamonds at prevailing market price
  • Incase of any discount given at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount (Maximum value of INR 300000)

15 Days Money Back Policy

  • Easy returns within 15 days of purchase (Maximum value INR 300000)
  • Refund is confirmed once our quality assurance team approves the product quality, its original invoice and product certificate
  • Once confirmed, all Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 2 weeks of receipt of product
  • Laxmi Gold Jewellery will deduct an amount in lieu of taxes, making charges and logistics costs
  • Laxmi Gold Jewellery holds the right to refuse any unreasonable or excessive returns
  • Product returned should be in unused condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for returns will be void.
